Lilly compares New Year's Resolutions to Taxes.

1. Taxpayers have Federal Withholding increased as a savings account , hoping for a larger refund in January.
2. By having the withholding be closer to the actual tax liability this will increase in-hand income for each pay period through the year. 3. Why live on credit paying interest to use your own money, while storing your money at the US Treasury where you do not earn one cent of interest, and have lost part of your own consumer spending power?

1. New Year's Resolutionssaved for one night per year, is an overwhelming agenda.
2. By making short, medium and long term goals monthly and annually, coming to a New Year's resolution need be only a small thing such as Bahamas or Hawaii?
3. Why live all year with no desire to change or improvement? If we live for Resolution of bite sized goals, we have more success, which generates more positive energy, and power to make big changes.

Chief Master Anderson made a commitment to be an honorable man. He grew up very poor, in the Eastern US. His mother helped him build a dream. He got involved in martial arts , excelled, and is the first African American to achieve the rank of Chief Master. Chief Master Anderson, has taken the teaching of the great Master's to heart. Leaving a successful chain of Tae Kwon Do dojos, he came to Little Rock, and stopped an epidemic of children shedding each other's blood over shoes. He gets some recognition from the City and State that he stopped from being a war zone. He gets no financial help, no grants, no Governor's awards.s.
